Q. When can I expect a response from my application?

A. We apply a general 21 day turnaround timeframe for applications to be reviewed once the application close date has expired. If you are successful in being shortlisted for the position you have applied for, an IMB representative will contact you by phone or email.

Q. How long will my details be held in your system?

A. Your application stays within our system, however, it can be withdrawn at any time. Sign back in to our careers website and follow the instructions here.

Q. I’m having trouble with submitting my application.

A. You can check out the support helpdesk articles here, or raise a support request with the StaffCV Helpdesk.

Reference Checking and Information Sharing Protocol
